Publications accepted at MTS/IEEE OCEANS 2017 Conference in Aberdeen
Two contributions of members of the Computer Vision Group Jena have been accepted for the Student Poster Competition at this years MTS/IEEE OCEANS Conference in Aberdeen:
- "Maximally Divergent Intervals for Extreme Weather Event Detection" by Björn Barz, Yanira Guanche Garcia, Erik Rodner, and Joachim Denzler
- "Modeling ocean parameters through Graphical Models" by Felix Schneider, Yanira Guanche Garcia, and Joachim Denzler
The Student Poster Competition at the MTS/IEEE OCEANS Conference is a prestigious program encouraging students from all over the world to present their research during competitive poster sessions at this renowned conference. From all entries, a total number of 20 has been selected to participate in the competition at the conference, taking place from 19th to 22nd June in Aberdeen, UK. The three winning posters will attract monetary prices.
Another publication from our group has been accepted as a regular paper for the conference:
- "Visual Fish Tracking: Combining a Two-Stage Graph Approach with CNN-Features" by Jonas Jäger, Oliver Mothes, and Joachim Denzler
